Exam Schedules, Hall Tickets and Marks Entry
The module covers exam schedules, forms and fees, eligibility, hall tickets, seating, marks entry and approval. Results are published or sent to the university only after review.
One set of lists for the exam section
Registration lists, attendance eligibility, fee clearance and exam forms are kept in separate places. The exam section then compares them side by side. Here the same records feed each list. A student who paid but is short on attendance is caught by a check.

Frequently asked questions
How is exam eligibility decided?
Attendance, condonation where it applies and fee status are checked together against the rules configured for the regulation. One list decides who sits.
Can it handle arrear and supplementary examinations?
Yes. Arrear papers are registered with the current semester and appear on the exam form and the hall ticket. Every attempt is kept.
Is there a check before marks are published?
Yes. Marks are entered, reviewed by a second person and approved by the controller. Each step is recorded, and totals are validated at entry.
How are malpractice cases recorded?
Against the paper, with the decision taken. The record affects the transcript and the attempts left to the student, so the decision is explicit.
What happens with revaluation?
The request is tracked with its fee and outcome. Where the mark changes, the result and the student’s academic history are updated.
