Manufacturing Software Connections to WhatsApp, Tally and Scales
A unit already uses a phone, a printer, a scale and an accountant. The production system connects to those rather than asking you to drop them.

What depends on the other system
Every connection here has a second party, and that party sets the limits. A WhatsApp business number has to be approved by the provider, and the message templates it allows are the provider rule rather than ours. A payment gateway needs an account in your firm name. A scale or a gate reader must expose a port or a file another program can read. Some older models simply do not. Each make and model is therefore checked before a link is promised.
What is confirmed during scoping
- Which messaging route each kind of alert will take
- The make and model of every scale, printer and gate device
- The ledger and tax heads an accounting export must match
- Which connections are included and which are quoted apart
Frequently asked questions
Will our existing weighing scale work?
It may. The make, model and output port are checked during scoping, and the link is quoted once that is clear.
Does it post entries into Tally by itself?
No. A file is prepared for your accountant to import, after the ledger layout has been agreed.
Can dispatch details reach a buyer automatically?
Yes. A message with part, quantity, challan and vehicle number can go out when the dispatch is saved.
Is a gate attendance device necessary?
No. A supervisor can mark the shift list, and a device only removes that typing where you already own one.
Who pays the WhatsApp or SMS charges?
Those are charged by the provider on your own account. GullySystem sets up the connection and keeps the message records.
