Field Services · Pressure Washing Company Management Software

One system for pressure washing quotes, routes, crews, chemicals and billing.

Handle pressure washing enquiries, quotations priced by area, routes, crews, machines, chemicals and invoices together. Each job carries its surface, its measurements and its before and after photographs from the first request to the final payment. Operators see their own route on a phone, and recurring clients are called back on time.

  • Your surface types, per-square-metre rates and job templates are entered before the first wash
  • Repeat sites, client contacts and unpaid bills carried over from your old records
  • Rate or template changes are handled by GullySystem staff when you ask

Pressure washing companies that clean driveways, decks, facades, car parks and fleets keep enquiries, quotes, routes and invoices in GullySystem’s Pressure Washing Company Management Software. Each job holds its surface, area, method, chemicals used and photographs. Recurring contracts and reminders bring repeat clients back. Operators see their own route on a phone.

Where it breaks today

What goes wrong before the software.

Enquiries arrive from several places

A web form, a phone call and a chat message each carry a request for a patio or a drive. Without one list, a lead is missed or booked twice.

Quotes depend on guessed area

Price follows surface type, area and how green the algae is. A quote written from a photograph of block paving is hard to match with the job actually done.

Routes change with the weather

Rain moves a whole day of driveways and decks. Rebuilding the route and telling each customer takes the office a morning.

Chemicals and fuel are bought without a record

Detergent, degreaser, sodium hypochlorite and petrol go onto the trailer as needed. Use per job is unknown, and pump and hose servicing is remembered rather than scheduled.

Photographs are hard to find

Before and after pictures of the patio or render live on operators’ phones. A complaint about a missed patch of moss cannot be answered with evidence.

Recurring clients drift away

Monthly car park washes and yearly deck cleans depend on memory. A client who is not called is a client who finds another firm.

How it runs

How the work flows through it, step by step.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

A request arrives from the booking page, phone or message. The record carries the address, the surface type, such as block paving, decking or render, and which clean was requested.

  2. 2

    Quotation

The operator measures or estimates area and surface, then prices the quotation from the rate list. The customer accepts, asks for a change or declines.

  3. 3

    Booking and route

An accepted job is given a day, a route and a crew. The customer receives the slot by message. Water access is noted for the van.

  4. 4

    Wash and record

The operator takes a before photograph, washes with the nozzle and method set for the surface, and takes an after photograph. Chemicals used and notes are added from the phone.

  5. 5

    Invoice and payment

The finished job becomes an invoice. Card, transfer or cash payments are posted against it.

  6. 6

    Repeat visit

When the next clean falls due, the customer gets a nudge and the contract site is placed on a route.

Modules

What is inside.

Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.

Enquiries and online booking

Collect requests from a booking page, phone and messages into one list, with the address, surface, preferred day and water supply attached.

Surface and area quotes

Build quotations by surface type and measured area from your own rates, whether block paving, decking, render or tarmac, add sealing or re-sanding extras, and keep every revision.

Route and job scheduling

Place jobs on a day and a route, move a whole day when rain arrives, and message each customer the new slot. The first date stays on the record.

Job cards and operator view

Give each operator the day’s stops, the lance, nozzle and soft wash method for each surface, and a place to record what was done. Access notes sit on the stop.

Crew and attendance

Mark attendance, assign operators and helpers to routes, and work out hours and pay from what was recorded, including long days on a car park contract.

Before and after photographs

Attach photographs of moss, algae or stained concrete to the job from a phone, so a proof of visit exists the moment the crew leaves the stop.

Chemicals and consumables

Log each delivery of detergent, degreaser, hypochlorite, sealer and petrol, note what every job drew down, and set a reorder point for the staples. Cost per job follows.

Machines and trailers

Hold each pressure washer, surface cleaner, hot water unit and trailer with its service dates, pump hours, hose and gun repairs, and engine oil changes.

Recurring contracts

Keep monthly, quarterly and yearly washes for car parks, shopfronts and fleets, with visit schedules, rates and renewal dates. Each visit is scheduled from the contract.

Invoices, receipts and dues

Turn finished jobs into invoices, post payments, and read each customer’s balance starting with the oldest bill. Statements go to commercial accounts.

Reminders and messages

Confirm slots, warn customers of rain delays and prompt repeat cleans for patios, drives and decks through email, SMS or messaging. Nobody retypes the text.

Solutions inside

The business modules it is built from.

Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.

  • Online Booking Portal

A booking page lists the cleans you offer and the open slots, and each request lands with the office carrying its address and surface.

  • Estimate/Quotation Management

Quotes pick from rates held per surface type and area unit, with sealing or stain extras added and every revision kept.

  • Technician Scheduling

Stops are placed on a route and a day, and a rainy morning moves the whole day with one change instead of many calls.

  • Service Reports and Proof of Visit

The operator leaves a record for each stop with photographs, method and notes, so a later complaint is answered from the file.

  • Attendance & Time Tracking

Operators and helpers are marked present against routes, and hours are totalled for pay without anyone rewriting a notebook.

  • Stock Tracking and Alerts

Detergent, degreaser, sealer and fuel are logged as received and used per job, with a reorder alert when a drum runs low.

  • Asset AMC Tracking

Each pressure washer and trailer carries its service calendar and hours, so maintenance is booked before a pump fails on a route.

  • AMC and Service Contracts

Monthly and yearly washes for commercial sites hold their visit dates and renewal date, and each completed visit is ticked against the contract.

Services

How we would put it in.

Setup, data migration, integrations and anything built on top.

Who uses it

One system, each person sees their part.

For owners

See jobs booked, route load, chemicals against revenue, recurring car park contracts due and what customers owe.

For the office

Record enquiries, write quotations by surface and area, plan routes, shift jobs around weather and send invoices.

For operators

Open the day’s stops on a phone, add before and after photographs and mark each job done.

For crew leads

Check pumps, hoses, machines and chemicals before leaving, and record what the route actually used.

Reports

The numbers the owner asks for.

  • Quotes still open, accepted or declined, split by surface
  • Jobs completed by route and operator
  • Detergent, hypochlorite and petrol used against each job
  • Pump hours and machine service dates due
  • Recurring car park and fleet contracts due for renewal
  • Invoices raised and amounts received
  • Dues by customer, oldest first
Good fit

Who this is built for.

  • Companies that wash driveways, patios, block paving and decks for homeowners
  • Firms that clean shopfronts, facades, render and car parks for commercial clients
  • Fleet washing operators who clean lorries, buses and vans on contract
  • Soft washing and roof cleaning crews who treat moss and algae
  • Mobile cleaning operators who run several trailers with water bowsers on daily routes
Honest answer

When it is not the right choice.

  • A lone operator taking a few weekend jobs needs only a calendar and a notes app.
  • Indoor cleaning firms are better served by House and Home Cleaning Management System, and exterior painters by Painting Contractor Management Software.
Made to fit

Adapted to your business before it goes live.

You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.

Surface types and rates

We start by keying in your surfaces, nozzle methods and per-area rates exactly as you price a job now.

Job templates and checklists

Each type of clean gets its own steps and photo requirements, drawn up around how your crews actually work with lance, surface cleaner or soft wash.

Recurring rules

Visit frequencies and renewal reminders follow the contracts you hold.

Customers migrated

Your customer list, past jobs and outstanding bills are brought in from the spreadsheet or calendar you use now.

Currency and tax settings

Every invoice uses the tax rules and money of the country where your crews wash, agreed during installation.

Hosted by GullySystem

GullySystem keeps the application online for you, so the office and each operator work from one set of job records. Changes to rates and templates come from its staff.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before a demo.

Can quotes be built from area and surface?

Yes. Rates are entered per surface type and area unit, for example block paving or decking, and a quotation picks from them. Extras and revisions are kept on the quotation.

Can we move a day’s jobs for rain?

Yes. The office moves the jobs together and each customer is told the new slot by message. The first date stays on the record.

Can operators add photographs from a phone?

Yes. Before and after photographs of the patio, drive or facade are attached to the job in the phone browser. They stay with the customer record for later disputes.

Does it track chemicals and fuel?

Yes. Detergent, hypochlorite, sealer and petrol are received, used per job and reordered at set levels. Cost per job can be read beside what was billed.

Can it manage recurring commercial washes?

Yes. Each contract for a car park or fleet holds its visit dates, rate and renewal date. Visits are scheduled from it, and reminders go out ahead of the renewal.

Does it plan the shortest driving route?

No. The office orders the stops on a route by hand. There is no live vehicle tracking or automatic route optimisation.

Can customers pay by card?

Yes, through a payment gateway connected during implementation. Receipts are posted against the invoice automatically.

Who owns the data?

You do. Job sheets, chemical logs and photo sets can be downloaded at any time, and the file format is settled when the quotation is written.

What does it cost?

No price is published. The figure moves with the number of logins and the parts of the system you turn on. Owners and crew leads see a live walkthrough of a driveway wash, from quote to chemical log, before a quotation is written.

Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
