The reports cover fees, concessions, attendance, results, admissions, transport and staff pay. Each is read from the records the office and teachers already update.
Records that already exist
Fees, attendance, marks, enquiries, bus routes and staff attendance are normally kept by different people in different files. The reports read from the same student and staff records, so a question from the principal does not need several sheets joined by hand. The figures follow the entries made. A gap points to a record not yet updated.

Who acts on them
Accounts works from collection and concessions. The front office works from enquiries and admissions, and class teachers read attendance and results for their own sections. The transport in-charge reads students by route. Trusts running several institutions can read fees across them where that view has been set up with the client.
What the figures depend on
- The cut-off for attendance is set by the institution
- Marks must be entered before results are read
- Fees must be posted before dues are reported

Frequently asked questions
Can we set our own attendance cut-off?
Yes. The attendance report lists students below the cut-off the institution chooses, and the figure is set during implementation.
Do the reports file anything with a board?
No. They show what has been recorded. What a board or university asks for is for the institution to confirm.
Can reports be added beyond this list?
Yes, if the records behind it exist in the system. The institution and our team settle the content of an extra report before it is built.
Can a teacher see school-wide figures?
That follows the role. Teachers see their own section by default, and wider views are given only if the institution decides.
Are the numbers live?
Yes. Reports use whatever has been entered so far, so they change with each entry.
