Yoga Studio Software Connections to WhatsApp, SMS and UPI
WhatsApp, SMS and UPI cover most of a studio desk’s daily work, and the yoga studio system links to each. Any other link is listed in the proposal once scoped.
What it connects to
What depends on the other system
Messages depend on the sending account and a working number for each student. Online payments depend on the gateway’s own approval and settlement process, and Tally depends on the accountant’s own bookkeeping. The yoga system records and sends. The other tools do their own part.
Confirmed during scoping
- Which channels are used for reminders and renewals
- Whether WhatsApp, SMS or both are started first
- How UPI and any online payment are taken
- Whether a QR code at the door suits the studio’s entrance
- What the accountant needs beyond the invoice list
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, for the messages the system sends out. It is set up with you, and a studio can begin with SMS and add WhatsApp later.
Can students pay online for a plan?
Only if the studio has a payment gateway account. That link is scoped and quoted separately, and UPI at the desk works without it.
Does it connect to our accounting software?
Not built in. Invoices and collections can be exported for Tally, and that export is priced as its own item once the studio asks for it.
Is a card swipe machine connected?
No, not by default. The desk records the card payment against the receipt, and any device link is discussed during scoping.
