Reports for Yoga Studio Owners and Managers
These reports gather what a yoga studio already enters at the desk and in the hall. Attendance, plans, payments, teacher classes and enquiries are read as one set of figures.
The reports
Who acts on them
The owner reads collections and active members. Reception works from renewals due and enquiries to follow up. A studio manager reads attendance by class to adjust the timetable for the next quarter, adding a batch where one is full and dropping one that stays empty. Teachers see their own classes.
What the figures reflect
A report is as complete as the records behind it. Attendance must be marked, payments entered and plans recorded. A gap in a report usually points to a class that was never marked or a payment that was never entered at the desk.
Extra reports and what stays outside
Further views can be scoped wherever the system already stores the data. Accounts, tax returns and the studio’s own audit are outside these reports. The studio’s accountant works from the collections and invoice lists.
Frequently asked questions
Are the figures live?
Yes. They change as the desk and the teachers make entries, so the day’s numbers can be read the same evening.
Can a teacher see studio-wide collections?
No, by default. A teacher sees her own classes. What each role opens is agreed with the owner during implementation.
Can a report be downloaded?
Yes. Reports can be taken out as a sheet for the owner or the accountant. The columns are set when the report is scoped.
Can we add a report that is not on the list?
Yes, if the system already stores that data. The extra report is scoped with the studio and written into the proposal.
