Workshops and Teacher Training for Yoga Studios
Weekend workshops, short courses and teacher training batches are run as events with their own fees, intake lists and attendance. They stay apart from the weekly timetable but sit on the same student record.
What an event holds
Regular students and outsiders
A workshop is often open to people who do not attend classes, and each of them is added as a student with a record of their own. If one later joins a batch, the history is already there. Existing students see the event beside their plan, and can register from the same screen.
How it connects
Event fees appear on the billing list, separate from class plans. Event sessions count toward the guest teacher’s payout. Reports show collections for each workshop and for each course intake, with the balance still to come from every registered student.
What the studio decides
A teacher training course may follow the syllabus of an outside yoga body. GullySystem does not carry that syllabus or issue its certificate. Which classes count for completion is for the studio and that body to settle.
Frequently asked questions
Can a workshop have its own waitlist?
Yes. When seats run out, further registrations queue, and the desk can offer a place when someone drops out.
Does a class pass cover a workshop?
Only if the studio sets it up that way. Most studios treat workshops as separate fees, and the rules written into each plan say so plainly.
Can a teacher training batch be tracked over months?
Yes. The course has its own list of sessions, fees and attendance for each trainee, from the first day to the last. The studio reads the full picture for any one trainee in a single place.
Does it issue a certificate?
No. It records fees and attendance. The certificate is prepared and issued by the studio.
