Yoga Studio Software Views for Owners, Teachers and Desk
Many hands handle the same class at a yoga studio, from the desk to the teacher. Every role lands on the screens that suit its own job, from the timetable to the monthly payout.
One class, four roles
Through a day at the studio
A student books the evening batch from her phone. At the door her plan is checked and she is marked present. The teacher reads her injury note before the first pose. Afterwards one session comes off her pass, and the class is counted toward the teacher’s payout for the month.
At month end
Statements for teachers are drawn from the classes taken, using the rate set for each person. Owners read collections and renewals. Students whose plans have ended appear on a list for the front desk to send a reminder, whether by call or message.
What the client decides
- Which roles exist and who holds them
- What each role may open, change or cancel
- Who may give a discount at the desk
- Whether students use their own login to book
- Whether teachers see health notes or only a class list
Frequently asked questions
Can a teacher see another teacher’s payout?
No, by default. A teacher sees her own classes and her own amount, and the owner sees every teacher’s statement.
Do teachers need to sit at the desk computer?
No. They open the class on a phone, read the list of booked students and mark attendance from the hall, without walking back to the desk to fill in a register.
Do students have to log in?
Not unless the studio wants them to. Booking on a student’s behalf stays possible at the desk. A login is added when the studio opts for self-booking from a phone.
Who changes a role’s access later?
A request to the GullySystem team gets the change made. What each role can open is fixed in the first workshop and revised as the studio grows.
