Follow every tonne, load and litre from site to weighbridge, treatment plant and invoice.

Mining companies, quarries, aggregate suppliers, mineral processors, sewage operators, recyclers, waste firms and water treatment companies all move bulk material and then prove where it went. Weighbridge tickets, plant logs and service records sit on one system, so a load can be traced from the pit to the invoice and the customer. Every pit, plant and depot gets a page of its own.

At a glance

These trades handle material by weight or volume, and each must answer for where it came from and where it went. A quarry loads stone, a recycler sorts a bale, a sewage plant treats a day’s inflow, and a purifier technician changes a membrane. Each leaves a record that an auditor may ask to see.

The evidence differs from trade to trade. Stone quarries, aggregate suppliers and mining companies rely on weighbridge tickets, haul trips and machine hours. Mineral processors add assay results and batch yields. Waste management and recycling companies add routes, container hire and disposal receipts, while sewage operators and water treatment companies keep test readings, dosing logs and equipment histories.

Plant, trucks and crews are costly to leave idle. A breakdown stops the chain. Software that links tickets, maintenance and invoices lets managers act on the same figures that the site office reads each morning, instead of waiting for a weekly summary.

The trades

Software for each kind of mining, water and environmental services business.

Mining companies

Mining company software holds each pit, quarry or underground working as a site with its own records, and crews key shift output, haul trips, engine hours, diesel and spares in once. Weighbridge tickets feed dispatch and invoices. Maintenance jobs, contractor orders and permits sit beside them, so managers read the same figures as the site office.

Granite and stone quarries

Granite and stone quarry software records benches, drilling and blasting, cut blocks with their numbers and dimensions, yard stock, machine hours and buyer dispatch. Each block carries its grade and the face it came from. Chips and waste rock are weighed out separately. Lease terms and permit expiry dates are entered from the documents your mines office has issued.

Aggregate suppliers

Aggregate supplier software holds 20 mm stone, crusher dust, washed sand and sub-base fill with haul-zone rates, weighbridge tickets, tipper trips, hired hauliers, stockpile bays, sieve results and contractor credit. Each load leaves with one ticket and lands on one invoice. Your team supplies the rate cards, the sieve test formats and the weighbridge indicator model.

Mineral processing companies

A mineral processing plant turns ore into concentrate, and the money sits in the gap between the grade fed and the grade shipped. The software holds ore receipts, stockpile blocks, mill shifts, reagent use, assays and dispatches in one record per lot, so recovery can be read after each shift.

Waste management companies

Waste firms collect from homes, shops and building sites on fixed routes and on-call hauls, then weigh and tip loads at licensed facilities. The software ties customer, container, route, weighbridge ticket and disposal receipt together. Drivers record lifts from a phone. Billing follows lifts, weights and container hire. Hazardous and recyclable streams stay apart on the record.

Recycling companies

Scrap comes in as mixed loads paid on gross weight, then leaves as graded bales, and the margin hides in whatever separates those two figures. That gap is where money leaks. The software records each load at the weighbridge with its tare, moisture reading and deduction, then the bales pressed from it and the mill report that settles the account.

Sewage treatment operators

A sewage treatment plant answers to a discharge consent, and the evidence is a stack of laboratory results, logbook pages and pump hours. The software holds inflow, process readings, samples, sludge haulage and maintenance per plant, so a consent report is drawn from entries made on the day.

Water treatment companies

Water treatment software holds each site as one record. The record carries the water analysis, the softener or reverse osmosis plant installed, its sediment cartridges, membranes and antiscalant dosing, and the service contract that covers it. Technicians are scheduled against due dates, and consumables are issued against the visit. The office sees which plants are due and which contracts are about to lapse.

Water purifier service companies

A purifier service company lives on repeat visits. Each installed unit is held with its serial number, source water, TDS reading and plan, and the sediment filter, carbon block and RO membrane changes are scheduled before the complaint calls begin. Spares and signatures stay with the unit.

What they share

Where these businesses lose time and money.

Weights are written more than once

A weighbridge ticket is copied into a register, then into a dispatch sheet, then into an invoice, and every copy is a chance for a figure to change. Disputes with drivers and buyers follow.

Maintenance follows the breakdown

Excavators, crushers, tippers, pumps and dosing units are serviced when they fail, while running hours, spare parts and contractor visits are rarely held on one record. Downtime costs more than the repair.

Readings and logs are scattered

Effluent tests, water analyses, dosing logs and assay results sit in notebooks and chat messages, so finding last month’s reading for an inspector turns into a search. Gaps show up late.

Permits and licences expire quietly

Site permits, transport passes, discharge consents and disposal certificates each carry a date, and a lapse can stop work or invite a penalty before anyone is told. Renewals are chased at the last minute.

Customers are billed in different ways

Some pay per tonne, some per lift, some per visit and some by annual contract, and invoices are assembled by hand from tickets, route sheets and service reports. Errors reach the customer.

What the software does

What we build across mining, water and environmental services.

Weighbridge ticket as the source

Capture each ticket once, with vehicle, material, gross weight and tare weight, and let dispatch, stock and invoices read from it. Quarry sales, haul trips and disposal tips share one entry.

Machine hours and service plans

Record running hours, diesel and repairs against each machine, pump or vehicle, so that service intervals raise jobs in advance and spares are issued against the job. Planned work replaces breakdowns.

Site, route and plant records

Give each pit, plant, route or customer site its own record with crews, equipment and daily output. Managers compare sites side by side without asking each one for a separate report.

Test results and dosing logs

Store water analyses, effluent readings, assay results and chemical dosing by date and location. Out-of-range values are flagged, and the operator sees them before the shift ends.

Permits, contracts and renewals

Hold permits, licences, service contracts and disposal certificates with their expiry dates. Reminders reach the responsible person well before a date passes, and the file is one click away.

Invoices built from recorded work

Raise invoices from tickets, lifts, plant visits and contract schedules, so that customer statements, hire charges and outstanding balances all draw on the same entries. Nothing is retyped.

Common questions

Questions mining, water and environmental services businesses ask.

Does one product serve all of these trades?

No. Each quarry, aggregate, mineral processing, sewage, recycling and purifier service business has its own product. Mining, waste and water treatment companies get a build made to fit their pits, haulage fleets and treatment works.

Can it read weighbridge or sensor data directly?

Often, yes. Many weighbridge indicators and plant sensors can send readings to the system, and each link is scoped for the device once the equipment is known. Makes and protocols differ widely.

Does it work at remote sites with weak signal?

Field screens can hold entries on the device and send them when a connection returns. How far that goes depends on the devices and the site. It is reviewed during implementation.

Will it produce reports for regulators?

It keeps the tickets, logs and certificates that a report is built from, and can export them in a layout you define. What a regulator requires depends on the country and the licence. That stays with you.
