Ayurveda Clinic Software Connections to WhatsApp and UPI
Messaging apps and payment tools in daily use at the front desk and dispensary are linked to the Ayurveda clinic system. What each link needs from the other side is confirmed during scoping.
Connections a clinic usually asks for
What each link depends on
A link works only when the account on the other side is ready. A WhatsApp number must be registered, a gateway needs an approved merchant account, and the accountant must agree on ledger names. GullySystem connects once the clinic has these in place.
What is confirmed during scoping
The list of connections is fixed with the clinic before work begins.
- Which messages go out, and over which channel
- Who holds the WhatsApp, SMS and payment accounts
- Which fields move to the accountant, and in what layout
- Which label printer the dispensary uses
- Any device or portal the clinic wants added, quoted separately
Frequently asked questions
Do we need our own WhatsApp business account?
Yes. The account belongs to the clinic, and GullySystem connects the system to it during set-up.
Can patients pay by UPI at the counter?
Yes. The counter records UPI along with cash and card. Settlement into the clinic’s bank account is between the clinic and its payment provider.
Is there a direct feed into accounting software?
Not built in. Reports can be exported to the accountant. A direct feed would be quoted as its own item.
Can the dispensary print labels?
Where a label printer is available, yes. The model is confirmed during scoping, since it decides what the label can show.
