Reports for Ayurveda Clinic Owners and Managers
These reports gather what an Ayurveda clinic records across consultations, therapy sittings, the dispensary and billing. Each draws on the current records and moves as entries are made.
Data from several counters in one view
In many clinics the vaidya, the therapy wing and the dispensary each keep a separate register, so a question about the month needs three books added together. These reports use the records each counter already updates. The answer comes from one place.
The reports
Who acts on them
Each report is read by the person who acts on it. Owners read revenue by vaidya and the stock position, and the therapy in-charge reads sittings by room and missed courses. The dispensary works from the reorder and expiry lists. The desk works from the review list.
What the figures reflect
The numbers show only what staff have entered. Prescriptions need saving, sittings need marking done and bills need raising before a report is full, so a low count often means an entry is missing.
Frequently asked questions
Are the figures live?
Yes. They change as consultations, sittings and bills are entered, and nothing is compiled overnight.
Can a branch manager see only one branch?
Yes. What a reader sees depends on the role, so a branch manager can be held to the one branch.
Can reports beyond this list be added?
Yes, for anything the software already records. The clinic lists the extra reports it wants, and they are fixed in the first workshop.
Can the figures go to our accountant?
Yes. Reports can be exported for the accountant. A direct link to accounting software would be scoped on its own.
