Ayurveda Clinic Software Views for Vaidyas and Therapists
Many staff in an Ayurveda clinic work on one patient’s record. Every role gets the screens that suit its job, from the case sheet to the follow-up list.
One patient record, five roles
Through one patient’s visit
The front desk registers the patient and gives a token or a slot. The vaidya opens the case sheet, writes the consultation and signs the prescription, and the dispensary sees that prescription at once. Therapy goes to the therapists. The bill is made at the counter from what was done.
Across a therapy course
A course runs for days, so several people see the same record on different mornings, and each looks at the part that is theirs. The desk sees who is due. Each therapist sees assigned sittings. The vaidya sees progress and can change the course.
What the client decides
What each role opens is set with the clinic before go-live and changed later on request.
- Which roles exist at each branch and who holds them
- Whether therapists may read the vaidya’s clinical notes
- Who may apply a discount at the counter
- Whether the dispensary sees diagnoses or only medicines
- Which branches an owner or manager can open
Frequently asked questions
Can therapists see a patient’s whole history?
Only what the clinic allows. The usual view is the therapy advised and any caution the vaidya has marked.
Do vaidyas need to use the billing screen?
No. Vaidyas write the consultation and the prescription. Billing is done by the front desk from what has been recorded.
Can an owner look at all branches together?
Yes. Owners see revenue and stock by branch, and the patient list is shared across branches.
Who changes a role’s access later?
GullySystem staff make the change when asked. Each role’s access is fixed in the first workshop and revised when the clinic asks.
