What depends on the other side

Each link relies on the other system. WhatsApp needs the lab’s Business account and template approvals. Analyser links depend on what the machine can send and on the vendor’s settings. Payment links follow the lab’s arrangement with its bank.

Is ABDM or ABHA linking included?

No. There is no ABHA link today. If it matters to the lab, raise it during scoping as separate work.

Can it link to a hospital’s system?

Not on its own. A link to a hospital system is scoped separately, where that system allows it.
