Appointment Calendar for Skin and Aesthetics Clinics
Consultations and procedures share one calendar, read by doctor, therapist, room and device. Walk-ins, reschedules and reminders appear beside the day’s bookings.
What a booking holds
Booking the next session
When a session is marked done, the desk can book the next one from the same patient screen. The gap between laser sessions is a decision for the doctor, and the calendar carries the date once it is chosen. The package balance shows beside it.
Reminders to patients
A reminder goes by WhatsApp or SMS before the appointment. It can ask the patient to avoid sun exposure or skip a cream before a peel, in words the doctor approves. The wording is the clinic’s.
What the calendar leaves to the clinic
The calendar shows free time. It does not decide how the clinic prioritises first consultations over repeat sessions, or how many follow-up patients one doctor sees in a day. Those rules are set with the clinic.
Frequently asked questions
Can a patient book online?
Yes. An online request lands on the same calendar, and the desk confirms it once the doctor and room are free.
Can two clinic branches share one calendar view?
Yes. The desk can switch between branches, so a patient can be offered a free slot at the other branch.
What happens to a booking when a doctor is on leave?
The doctor’s days are blocked, so no new consultation is placed there. Existing bookings are listed for the desk to move.
Does it handle a procedure that needs two staff?
Yes. The procedure is set up with both people and the room, so neither is double-booked.
