Skin Clinic Software Connections to WhatsApp, SMS and UPI
The software links to the messaging and payment channels a front desk uses, and exports figures for the accountant. Everything else is agreed during scoping and written into the proposal.
What it connects to
What depends on the other system
Messages depend on the sending account and on a working number for each patient. Payments depend on the UPI or card arrangement the clinic holds with its bank. Tally follows the way the accountant keeps the ledgers. GullySystem records and exports. None of these is replaced.
Health information and messages
A reminder can name the appointment without naming the condition. What a message may say about a procedure is decided with the clinic and the doctor. Nothing is sent that the clinic has not approved.
Confirmed during scoping
- Which channels the clinic starts with, WhatsApp, SMS or both
- How UPI and card payments are taken at each branch
- Whether the accountant wants a Tally export and in what layout
- Whether a label printer is used for product shelves
- How existing patients and package balances are brought in
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, for the messages the clinic sends. The account is set up with you, and a clinic can begin with SMS and add WhatsApp later.
Is the Tally link built in?
No. Tally is an optional export, priced as separate work, and the clinic decides whether it is needed at all.
Can patients pay through a link?
A payment link depends on the gateway the clinic uses. It is confirmed during scoping, since each provider works differently.
Can the system read data from a laser or other device?
No. Settings and counts are noted by the therapist. A device link is not part of the standard set-up.
