Prescriptions and Home-Care Advice for Skin Clinics
The doctor writes prescriptions for creams, tablets and sunscreen on the consultation record. Care instructions for the days after a procedure are printed or sent to the patient from the same screen.
What the doctor writes
How the patient receives it
The prescription can be printed on the clinic’s letterhead or sent by WhatsApp or SMS. The doctor’s name and registration details appear as the clinic has entered them. Care instructions go the same way, and the patient reads them at home.
Link to the clinic’s own shelf
A clinic that sells skincare can mark which prescribed items it stocks. The desk then adds them to the same bill, and the stock count drops by that sale.
What the doctor and clinic decide
The software holds what the doctor writes. It does not choose a medicine, check doses or interactions, or decide what a prescription must carry. Those are the doctor’s duties, set out with the clinic.
Frequently asked questions
Can we use our own medicine list?
Yes. The clinic’s commonly prescribed creams and tablets are entered during set-up, and more can be added later by our team.
Does it warn about drug interactions?
No. Clinical checks stay with the doctor. The system records the prescription and the patient’s noted allergies, which the doctor reads.
Can care instructions be sent in Kannada or Hindi?
Yes, where the clinic supplies the wording. Each template is stored in the languages the clinic uses.
Is a past prescription easy to find?
Yes. Prescriptions are listed by date on the patient record, beside the consultation they came from.
