One connected system for site surveys, plant installation, service contracts, readings and spares.
Manage a water treatment company in one system. Each site record holds its raw water hardness and turbidity results, the reverse osmosis or softener plant installed and the annual contract covering it. Quotations, installation jobs, conductivity readings, cartridges and membranes all attach to that record. Technicians are scheduled from what falls due.
- Plant types, price lists and contract terms entered as you sell them
- Site and plant list migrated from your files
- Changes to service tasks and checklists handled by GullySystem staff when asked
This system is built around the water treatment business and configured by GullySystem. Sales staff, surveyors, installers, service technicians and accounts all work from it. Each site record holds the hardness and alkalinity results, plant and serial numbers, the service contract, backwash and brine checks from every visit and the cartridges fitted. Visits are scheduled from what falls due.
What goes wrong before the software.
How the work flows through it, step by step.
- 1
Enquiry
A factory canteen, hotel laundry, housing complex or home owner enquires. The record opens with the source, the complaint about hardness or taste and the contact.
- 2
Survey and analysis
A surveyor draws a borewell or tanker sample, notes flow rate and floor space, and logs the lab result for iron, nitrate, fluoride and hardness against the site.
- 3
Quotation
The plant is sized from the analysis, including flow rate, hardness and the daily demand of the canteen or complex, and priced from your list. Revisions stay beside the first version.
- 4
Installation
The accepted quote becomes a job with pipework, crew and checks. Serial numbers, pressure gauge readings and the first permeate flow are recorded at handover.
- 5
Service
A contract schedules visits. Technicians record readings, membrane flushes and cartridges fitted, and the customer receives a signed report.
- 6
Renewal and refill
Contracts due for renewal and standing salt, resin and chemical orders are listed, and balances are shown before the offer is made.
What is inside.
Every module can be switched on, left out or changed to match how your team already works.
The business modules it is built from.
Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.
- Quote & Proposal Management
Softeners and RO skids are sized from the analysis and priced from your own list, with each revision kept beside the one the customer first saw.
- Job Cards
An accepted quote becomes a job card with pipework, crew and pressure tests, and closes only after serial numbers and the first permeate readings are recorded.
- AMC and Service Contracts
Each contract holds its scope, visit count and renewal date, so the office knows what is owed to the customer and when.
- Technician Scheduling
Visits are placed against technicians by area and by the filter, membrane or dosing tasks falling due that week.
- Service Reports and Proof of Visit
The technician’s inlet and permeate readings, tasks done and cartridges replaced are signed on site and passed to the customer as a report.
- Stock Tracking and Alerts
Micron cartridges, membranes, resin and antiscalant are counted by store and van, with reorder alerts before a visit finds the van empty.
- Asset AMC Tracking
Every plant is held with its pump, vessels, membranes, warranty and the contract covering it, so a technician sees what is installed before arriving.
- Service Reminders
Visit reminders and renewal notices go to customers ahead of the date, in the channel each one prefers.
How we would put it in.
Setup, data migration, integrations and anything built on top.
One system, each person sees their part.
For the owner
See contracts due, plants installed, cartridges and membranes consumed and the revenue each product line brings.
For sales and surveyors
See enquiries, hardness and iron results and quotations awaiting a reply.
For service technicians
See the day’s visits, each plant’s history, the backwash and flush tasks due and the cartridges in the van.
In accounts
Raise bills in stages, post receipts and watch contract renewals and chemical balances.
The numbers the owner asks for.
- Contracts due for renewal
- Visits scheduled and completed
- Plants by model, vessel size and site
- Conductivity and permeate trend by site
- Cartridges, membranes and chemicals consumed by site
- Quotations open and won
- Stock below reorder level
Who this is built for.
- Companies that install and service domestic and commercial RO purifiers and softeners
- Firms that supply effluent and process treatment plants to factories and institutions
- Service businesses that hold annual maintenance contracts
- Salt, resin and chemical suppliers with standing orders
- Dealers that run service teams from several branches
When it is not the right choice.
- A shop that only sells purifiers and spare cartridges over the counter will find a retail billing product fits better.
- A utility that runs public water mains and clarifiers needs plant control and billing systems beyond this product.
Adapted to your business before it goes live.
You are not handed a login and left to it. The product is set up around your records, your people and the tools you already use.

Questions owners ask before a demo.
Is it for companies that install plants or those that service them?
Both. Installation jobs and service contracts share the same site record, so a softener or RO plant sold by you is serviced from the same file.
Are water test results kept for each site?
Yes. Lab reports for hardness, iron and turbidity attach to the site with the date and sample point, and the conductivity readings entered on visits build a history.
How are filter and membrane changes scheduled?
Each plant type carries its own tasks and intervals for sediment filters, carbon beds and membranes, so visits are generated automatically and technicians see what is due before they leave the depot. Nothing is remembered.
Are spares used under a contract followed?
Yes. Cartridges, resin and chemicals are issued to a site and a visit, so parts covered by the contract and those billable are separated.
Can customers get a report after each visit?
Yes. The technician’s inlet and permeate readings, tasks and cartridges fitted are put into a signed service report that is sent by email or printed.
Does it connect to sensors on the plant?
Not as standard. Flow meter, pressure or conductivity feeds from the skid are scoped as a separate integration after a review of the equipment and the logger already fitted.
Does it cope with several branches or vans?
Yes. Cartridges and membranes are held by store and van, and the head office sees contracts and visits across all branches.
Can customer and plant data be moved from our files?
Yes. Sites, plants and contract dates are imported from spreadsheets, and your service manager reviews the imported list site by site before technicians use it.
Who owns the data?
You do. Records can be exported, and retention follows the rules where you work.
What does it cost?
No price is published. The figure depends on users, sites and the plant types covered, and it arrives in the proposal after the demonstration.
Wondering what it costs? Six questions give you a written scope and the buckets any quote should separate.
