Put every booking, stay, meal and extra charge on one guest or member record.

Hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, PGs, restaurants, caterers and coworking spaces sell a bed, a table, a seat or a menu by the date or the hour. Bookings arrive from several channels, and charges arise at several counters. Each person expects one correct bill. These trades need one chart of what is available and one record of what each person has used.

At a glance

Seven trades are gathered here: hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, paying guest and hostel operators, restaurants, caterers and coworking spaces. A hotel sells nights. A PG sells beds by the month. A coworking space sells seats and meeting-room hours. A caterer sells an event by the plate. In each, the thing sold has a calendar.

Bookings arrive from OTAs, travel desks, corporate accounts, calls, walk-ins and WhatsApp, and each source may quote a different rate for the same room on the same night. Once a person is in, charges come from several counters: the room, the restaurant, the minibar, laundry, the meeting room, the mess. Each should land on the same bill before the person leaves.

Behind the front desk is a second record: what the kitchen used, which room is clean, which seat is occupied, what a tenant owes and what the platforms actually paid. Most of it sits in WhatsApp groups, notebooks and spreadsheets, and it is reconciled by hand when the month closes.

The trades

Software for each kind of hospitality and accommodation business.

Hotels

Independent hotels run a PMS, several OTA extranets, a paper arrival register and a housekeeping WhatsApp group, and rooms get sold twice. Our hotel management software is a PMS that can replace those pieces, or we add the missing screens around the system you already pay for. Housekeeping, the restaurant and accounts then read from one folio, and travel agent dues are no longer a printout.

Resorts

Resorts sell cottages and rooms, but also day outings, meal packages, activity passes, weddings and corporate offsites. Bookings come from OTAs, travel agents, calls and WhatsApp, and the final bill draws on several counters. Our hotel software holds rooms, rates, folios and banquets, with restaurant billing beside it. Day-outing passes, activity slots and package pricing are added as custom work.

Serviced apartments

Serviced apartment operators let furnished studios and one or two bedroom flats to corporate guests, project teams, families in transit and patients’ relatives. Stays run from one night to several months. The software holds every apartment on a date chart. Corporate rate contracts, guest ID records, folios, housekeeping status and each company’s monthly statement hang off the same stays.

PG and hostel operators

PG and hostel operators sell space by the bed, bill rent and food on one line, and keep deposits, agreements and police verification papers in a cupboard. The PG and hostel software is adapted to your blocks, sharing rates and mess plan, so every bed, tenant and pending payment sits on one screen.

Restaurants

Restaurants run on a POS, printed KOTs, two aggregator tablets and a store register, so food cost, wastage and the Swiggy or Zomato payout stay unclear. Our Restaurant Management System is the POS itself, with recipe cards, indents, purchases, platform orders and the day close in one record. Where you keep your current POS, a costing layer is built beside it as custom work.

Caterers

Caterers run weddings, corporate lunches and tiffin contracts from messaging chats, quotations and purchase lists. The work starts at the quotation and ends at settlement, with menu versions the family approves, quantities worked from the closing count, and every extra plate added at the hall recorded.

Coworking spaces

Coworking spaces run hot desks, dedicated desks, cabins, meeting-room credits and monthly GST invoices on Google Sheets, a shared calendar and a members’ WhatsApp group. The ready coworking space management software is fitted to your centre, so seats, day passes, room bookings, credits and billing all come from one member record.

What they share

Where these businesses lose time and money.

Availability is held in more than one place

The chart, an OTA extranet, a spreadsheet and the desk manager’s memory each show a different picture, and a second booking lands on the same night. Someone is moved at short notice.

Charges from counters miss the bill

A KOT, a minibar count, a laundry slip or a room-hours entry stays at its counter and never reaches the folio. The charge is lost.

Status is told in a chat group

Which room is ready, which bed is free and which seat is taken is passed on in a group or a notebook. The desk has to guess.

Payouts and dues are matched by hand

OTA payouts, aggregator settlements and corporate statements carry commission, deductions and part payments. A short payment goes unnoticed.

Cost per plate and per outlet is a guess

Recipes, groceries and food plans are not tied to what was sold, so margin by event or outlet is estimated. Owners decide on feel.

What the software does

What we build across hospitality and accommodation.

One chart for rooms, beds, seats and halls

Show every room, apartment, bed, cabin or hall against every date, mark each as occupied, reserved, blocked or free, and refuse a second booking on dates already held.

One folio per stay, event or member

Post room, meal, laundry, activity, meeting-room and extra charges to a single folio as they happen, and split the bill between the guest and a company where the company pays.

Status updated from a phone

Let housekeeping, the warden or the floor supervisor mark a room clean, dirty or blocked, or a bed vacated, from a phone, so the front desk reads the same state.

Rates and plans held as data

Hold season, weekend, agent, corporate, sharing and plan rates with their date ranges, so a booking quotes the right figure and a company’s monthly statement draws on its contract.

Recipes and plans read against sales

Give each menu item a recipe, each event a menu version and each tenant a food plan, and read the stock issued against what was sold, served or planned.

Payouts and dues matched to bookings

Match each OTA or aggregator payout, corporate statement and tenant payment back to the reservations, bills or months it covers, with commission and short payments shown as lines of their own.

Common questions

Questions hospitality and accommodation businesses ask.

Do we have to replace our current PMS or POS?

Not necessarily. The booking itself is usually handled well. The trouble sits in the handovers between desk, housekeeping, kitchen and accounts, which screens added beside your current system can cover, or the hotel product can replace it.

Can OTA bookings reach the chart by themselves?

Not on their own. They arrive through a channel manager that you run, which passes them to the chart. There is no booking engine for your own website, so direct enquiries are keyed in at the desk.

Can one product cover a hotel, a PG, a restaurant and a coworking space?

No. Each keeps a different record: a room chart, a bed list, a recipe card, a seat plan. The hotel, paying guest, restaurant, catering and coworking products are separate, and each is fitted to the way that trade takes a booking and raises a bill. A resort starts from the hotel product, with day passes and similar extras built beside it.

Does a small homestay, one outlet or a single space need software?

Often not. A homestay with a few rooms can run on a diary and UPI. One outlet with a short menu may manage with its POS, and a small space may keep a shared calendar. The need grows with channels, outlets or floors.
