Follow each patient from registration to follow-up, with every charge and claim on the record.
Hospitals, clinics, labs, therapy practices and equipment dealers work in different rooms, yet each one registers a person, records what was done, bills for it and calls the person back. The software described here keeps that chain on one record, with access set by role.
Healthcare trades differ in what they treat, but each follows a person through a similar sequence. Registration comes first, then a visit or a sample, a record, a bill and a follow-up. A hospital adds beds and wards, a diagnostic centre adds machines and reports, and a physiotherapist adds a package of sessions that has to be counted down visit by visit.
The record sits at the centre. A doctor wants the earlier case sheet before the patient sits down, a lab needs a barcode on the tube, and an IVF clinic needs one file for both partners. Billing draws on whatever was recorded. A missing entry becomes missing income.
Several parties stand around the patient: referring doctors, partner collection centres, insurers, corporates and visiting consultants, each with its own rate, share or claim and each expecting a statement. Privacy runs through all of it. Who may open which record is settled at the start, before any data is moved.
Software for each kind of healthcare business.
Hospitals and nursing homes
A nursing home runs a casualty, an OPD, a few wards and an in-house pharmacy, and the discharge bill is pieced together while the family waits. The software follows your own departments, bed categories, pharmacy and duty rosters, so admission, treatment, IP billing and the TPA claim sit on one patient record.
Learn moreClinics and doctors
Clinics and doctors run the OPD on a token register, handwritten prescriptions and reports that arrive on WhatsApp. The hospital and clinic software is adapted to your OPD, from token to Rx to bill. Each patient keeps one case sheet across visits, holding vitals, past prescriptions and lab reports, and review reminders go out before the date.
Learn moreDental clinics
Dental clinics run on an appointment diary, paper case sheets and crown and bridge work followed on WhatsApp, so multi-sitting treatments stall midway. The dental product carries a tooth chart, treatment plan, lab case and instalment on one patient record. Patients who stopped after a sitting appear on a recall list.
Learn moreDiagnostic and imaging centres
A diagnostic centre runs X-ray, ultrasound, CT or MRI beside a collection counter, and each machine keeps its own slot book. Reports wait for a radiologist, then for a print, then for a phone call. The software books slots by machine, follows each study from registration to a signed report, and keeps walk-in, package, hospital and corporate billing on the same visit.
Learn morePathology labs
Pathology labs register patients, collect samples at the desk, at home and through partner centres, run them across several benches and release reports after a pathologist signs. The software follows your own test master, reference ranges and rate lists. A barcode links each tube to its patient, and pending reports sit on one list. Each centre’s B2B dues build up from those entries too.
Learn moreFertility and IVF clinics
A fertility clinic runs consultations, stimulation scans, egg retrieval, an embryology lab and a frozen-sample store, often with a small team covering all of it. The software keeps the couple as one record, follows each cycle from the first scan to the pregnancy test, and ties lab entries, stored samples, consent forms and package payments to it.
Learn moreEye hospitals and clinics
An eye hospital takes each patient through an optometrist’s workup, a doctor’s exam and often dilation before the visit ends. Surgery adds biometry, lens choice, packages and TPA approval, and the optical counter sells spectacles from the same prescription. The software keeps refraction, findings, surgery and the spectacle order on one record, so each desk reads what the last one wrote.
Learn moreOrthopaedic hospitals and clinics
An orthopaedic hospital treats walk-in fractures, planned joint replacements, arthroscopy and spine cases, and sends most patients on to physiotherapy. Implants often come from vendors on consignment, priced per case and billed inside a package. The software ties the X-ray, plaster, surgery, implant stickers, package bill and review visits to the patient, so the implant count and the bill agree.
Learn morePhysiotherapists
Physiotherapy clinics keep an appointment book, paper assessments and session packages counted from memory, so patients drop out halfway through a plan. The physiotherapy clinic software books by therapist and treatment room, holds the assessment and progress notes, and counts each package visit by visit. Exercise sheets go home with the patient. Anyone who has missed a session appears on a call list.
Learn moreCounsellors and psychotherapists
Counsellors and psychotherapists run a practice on a calendar, case notes in a notebook or Word file, video links and fees chased over WhatsApp. A small private system can be built for bookings, progress notes, consent forms and receipts, with clear rules on who can open what. Privacy questions are answered in writing before anything is built.
Learn moreNutritionists and dietitians
Nutritionists and dietitians run a practice on WhatsApp chats, diet charts made in Word or Canva and weight logs in Excel, so follow-ups and renewals slip past. A client and plan tracker built for the practice would hold each person’s diet recall, lab reports, charts, weekly numbers and package dates in one place. A client who has gone quiet would appear on Monday’s list.
Learn moreMedical equipment dealers
Medical equipment dealers sell patient monitors, ventilators, ultrasound machines, OT lights and lab analysers to hospitals and clinics, then service them for years. Quotations, tenders, demo units, installation reports, AMC and CMC visits and spare parts usually live in email, Excel and the engineer’s phone. The system keeps each installed machine on one record, from the quotation through installation, warranty, contract renewals and every breakdown call.

What we build across healthcare.
Ready products that fit healthcare.
Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

ERP, CRM and Business Software Implementation
One record of stock, orders, customers and accounts, set up so your team opens it every day.
Learn moreBusiness Process Automation
Approvals, reminders, follow-ups and reports that run on their own instead of on someone remembering.
Learn moreData Protection and DPDP Readiness
Data protection and DPDP readiness work maps the personal data a business holds and builds consent records, access roles, retention rules and a breach response into its software. The legal reading of the Act stays with the client’s lawyer. Our part is the engineering and the documentation.
Learn moreWhatsApp Business API and Chatbots
WhatsApp Business API work covers number onboarding, template approval, opt-in records and a chatbot with human handover. It connects WhatsApp to a CRM, billing or booking system, so messages are sent from existing records and replies are written back.
Learn moreData Migration and Moving Off Spreadsheets
Data migration and spreadsheet replacement covers auditing existing files, cleaning and deduplicating records, loading them into a new system and reconciling the result against known totals. A parallel run of both systems comes before cutover. The original files are kept as they were.

Questions healthcare businesses ask.
Does one product fit every healthcare trade?
No. The clinic and hospital system suits clinics, nursing homes and small hospitals. Dental, diagnostic, pathology and physiotherapy practices have their own products. Counselling, nutrition and equipment dealers are built to order, around how each practice or dealer works.
Can it take readings straight from scanners and analysers?
Not on its own. A machine link is scoped per model once the equipment is known, because each analyser, scanner or refractor sends its results differently. Images stay in the viewer or PACS that the centre already uses.
Will it make a hospital or lab accredited?
No. It keeps the records an assessor may ask to see, such as sign-offs, stock and access logs. Accreditation stays between you and the assessing body.
Who can open a patient’s record?
Only the staff you permit, by role. A receptionist sees bookings and bills, a technician sees worklists, and a doctor sees the clinical history. Changes to a record are logged against the person who made them, so the trail is there.
