Architecture and engineering · Software for vaastu consultants

Clients come back years later asking what we advised, and the notes are in an old diary.

A vaastu consultancy runs on floor plans shared on WhatsApp, site visits, and written advice, and clients return years later asking what was said. GullySystem builds consultancy software that keeps each client’s plans, visit notes, and recommendations together. It also books and bills consultations and reminds you of follow-ups, so repeat clients get a consistent answer.

At a glance

Vaastu work is personal and it repeats. A family consults before buying a plot, again before construction, and again when a son sets up an office.

The records that matter are floor plans and your advice. We help you keep them, starting with a free technology audit of how your appointments and notes run now.

How the work runs today

A client calls or is referred by a builder or architect. They send a floor plan on WhatsApp, sometimes a photo of a hand sketch. You book a consultation, either a plan review or a site visit, take the fee by UPI, and on site check directions, the entrance, kitchen, pooja room, and bedrooms.

The recommendations go out as a typed note or a voice message. Some clients ask for remedies, a revised layout from their architect, or a muhurtham date for griha pravesha. Months later they call back with a changed plan, and you search old WhatsApp chats to recall what you said.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for vaastu consultants without a proper system.

We cannot find the old plan

The client’s revised layout arrives, and the first version you reviewed is lost in a phone that has since been changed.

Advice differs between visits

Without a record, a second consultation can contradict the first, and the client notices.

Builder referrals are not tracked

Architects and builders send clients, and there is no list of who referred whom.

Fees for revisions are awkward

Clients expect a free second look, and there is no clear record of what the first fee covered.

What the software does

What we would build for vaastu consultants.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Client and property file

Each client’s properties, floor plans by version, and your recommendations on each, in date order.

Appointment booking with fee

Plan reviews and site visits booked with the fee collected over UPI and a receipt sent.

Recommendation notes

A structured note per room and direction that you fill on site, sent to the client as a PDF.

Referral register

Records which architect or builder sent each client, useful when you thank or pay them.

Follow-up reminders

Prompts you before a griha pravesha date or when a construction stage is due for review.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions vaastu consultants ask before they call.

Can fees go into Tally?

Yes. Consultation receipts can be exported or synced to Tally for your accountant, including GST if you are registered.

Is a CRM app from the Play Store enough?

For bookings, it may be. Generic apps don’t hold plan versions and room-by-room advice well, which is the part your clients come back for.

Is client data kept private?

Yes. Floor plans and addresses sit behind a login, and we look at access and backups as part of the free technology audit.

Can it work in Kannada or Hindi?

Yes. Screens and client notes can be in the language you and your clients use.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
