Fill every tee sheet slot and keep turf, carts and the pro shop on record.

A golf course sells tee times, memberships, lessons and retail, and it maintains a living surface that needs daily work. The golf course software keeps the tee sheet, member and visitor rates, cart hire, the pro shop and grounds tasks together. Tournament entries and handicap links are set up with you. Starter and clubhouse staff share one sheet.

At a glance

A course earns from the first tee time to the last bar order, and the grounds team begins work before the first player arrives. Members, visitors, societies and juniors each pay a different rate. Weather closes the course without notice. Weather decides.

Golf course software starts with the tee sheet because every sale follows it. Green fees, cart hire, lessons, range balls and bar tabs attach to a booking and a player, and the clubhouse settles one bill per group. A walk-through follows one four-ball from booking to the final bill.

How the work runs today

The pro shop opens early. Starters check names against the sheet and send groups off on time, and carts are cleaned and charged. Visitors book by phone and by web, and members hold their own priority windows. A coach fills lesson slots between rounds, and the shop needs to know which carts, clubs and range tokens are already promised before the next group walks in. Greenkeepers walk the course, note wet areas, and plan mowing, spraying and bunker work around the tee sheet. Early starts are normal.

A frost delay or a flooded fairway means calling a list of players and moving bookings to later slots. Societies and corporate days book blocks of times with a deposit and a dinner. At close the shop reconciles cart hire, range tokens and retail, and the manager reads rounds played, rate mix and bar takings. Turf and equipment costs live in another file.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for golf courses without a proper system.

The tee sheet is split across channels

Phone bookings, web bookings and member reservations are kept apart. Gaps stay empty while a visitor is turned away.

Rates change by player type and time

Member, visitor, junior, twilight and society rates all differ by day and by time. Staff look them up on a printed card and charge the wrong one.

Weather moves hundreds of bookings

A closed course means ringing each group by hand, one booking after another, while the phone keeps ringing with new questions. Some are missed and arrive at the gate.

Carts and equipment have no schedule

Carts are assigned from memory, and a cart that needs repair is back on the path. Nobody knows hours used or the next service due. Costs creep up.

Grounds work is not tied to play

Mowing, aeration and spraying are planned in a notebook that nobody compares with the tee sheet, so a crew can meet the first group on the green.

What the software does

What we would build for golf courses.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Tee sheet and bookings

Manage tee times by interval, player count and type, with member windows, visitor limits and blocks held for societies or tournaments.

Rates and green fee billing

Set rates by player type, day, season and time, and charge the right fee as each player is added to a group.

Members and handicaps

Hold member categories, dues, family links and handicap numbers, with each player’s rounds recorded against their account.

Carts and equipment

Assign carts and hire clubs to a booking, track hours and charge cycles, and schedule servicing for each unit.

Pro shop and range

Sell clubs, balls, apparel and range tokens at the counter, with stock counts, supplier orders and sizes by line.

Tournaments and society days

Take entries and deposits, set groups and starting holes, and print scorecards and results for each event.

Grounds and maintenance planning

Plan mowing, aeration and irrigation by hole, with jobs shown against the tee sheet and machine hours logged for each task.

Common questions

Questions golf courses ask before they call.

Can players book a tee time online?

Yes. A visitor picks a slot and pays a deposit or the fee. A member books inside a priority window. Both bookings appear on the same sheet the starter reads.

What happens when the course closes for weather?

Bookings for the affected time can be selected together. Each affected group is told by text, email or chat and offered a later tee time or a refund, following the course’s own policy.

Does it connect to a national handicap system?

Handicap systems are run differently in each country and by each golf union. A link is scoped during implementation, and until then a member’s number can be held and shown on the sheet.

Does a nine-hole course need all this?

Probably not if you take bookings from several channels. A small course with a few regulars can use a paper sheet. Visitors, carts and a shop begin to need one record.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
