Healthcare · Software for paediatric clinics

Keep each child’s growth, vaccines and illness visits on one record the whole family can rely on.

Paediatric clinics see children from birth through adolescence, and doses, weights and growth curves matter more than any single visit. The software keeps the growth chart, vaccine schedule, weight-based prescription and parent contact on one child record. Missed vaccines and review visits appear on a recall list.

At a glance

A paediatric clinic sees the same child many times over many years. A newborn check at one week, a vaccine at six, a fever at two years and a school form at five. The record has to follow the child, not the visit.

Most clinics keep a card for the parent and a register for the clinic, and the two disagree on when the next dose is due. Doses depend on weight.

How the work runs today

The front desk books a slot, finds the child’s file by the mother’s phone number and checks which vaccine the card says is due. The nurse weighs the child, measures length or height and head circumference for the young ones, and records temperature and oxygen saturation. Siblings often come in together.

The paediatrician reads the nurse’s numbers against a growth chart, takes the history from the parent, and prescribes a syrup or drop by the child’s weight in millilitres. Vaccines given are written on the clinic’s register and the parent’s card, and the next date is pencilled on both.

Parents ask for a school medical form, a travel vaccine record or a fitness note. The clinic prepares it by hand from the file. Reminders go out only when someone has time to ring. Often nobody does.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for paediatric clinics without a proper system.

Vaccine schedules are tracked on a card

A missed rotavirus or measles dose is not noticed until the parent returns for a cough. The clinic’s register and the parent’s card each hold half the dates. Parents trust the card.

Weight-based dosing is worked out by eye

A syrup dose for a twelve-kilogram child is worked out in the doctor’s head. The weight is on the nurse’s slip and the dose is on the prescription. Neither is checked. A wrong figure is easy to miss.

Growth charts are drawn by hand

A dot is plotted for each visit and the curve is read by eye. A child who is slipping across centiles is easy to miss between visits. The trend stays hidden for months.

Siblings and parents share one phone number

Three children are filed under the same mobile. A reminder for the youngest’s booster reaches a parent who thinks it is for the eldest. Calls get confused. The wrong child gets chased.

School and travel forms are rebuilt each time

A parent asks for an immunisation certificate and the clinic copies dates from a register. A date copied wrongly goes on an official form. One slip then travels to the school.

What the software does

What we would build for paediatric clinics.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Child record with guardians

Hold each child’s date of birth, birth weight, allergies and guardians, with siblings linked under one family and separate files for each child.

Growth chart and measurements

Record weight, length or height and head circumference at every visit, and plot them against the growth reference your paediatrician chooses.

Vaccine schedule and dose log

Set a child’s schedule from the date of birth, log the brand, batch and site of each dose, and list doses that are overdue.

Weight-based prescriptions

Write syrups, drops and sachets with the dose per kilogram, the child’s latest weight and the quantity to dispense, all printed on one slip.

Nebulisation and observation bay

Track children kept for a nebuliser, a drip or an hour of observation, with start time, readings and the doctor’s release note.

Certificates and school forms

Print immunisation records, fitness notes and school medical forms from the child’s file, so dates are taken from the record and not retyped.

Fees, packages and recalls

Bill consultations, vaccine packages and procedures, and list children due for a booster, a growth check or a follow-up visit.

Solutions inside

The business modules paediatric clinics use most.

Each one is also available on its own, or inside a system built for you.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 1

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, accounting reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 4

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 5

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions paediatric clinics ask before they call.

Can brothers and sisters be kept together without mixing records?

Yes. Siblings are linked under one family and one phone number, but each child has a separate file, schedule and growth chart. A reminder always names the child it is for.

Which vaccine schedule does the system follow?

The one your clinic uses. The schedule, the intervals and the brands are entered with your paediatrician, and changes to national or local schedules are edited by GullySystem staff when asked.

Does it calculate the syrup dose for us?

It shows the dose per kilogram that your doctor enters against the child’s latest weight. The doctor reads, adjusts and confirms every prescription before it prints.

Can we print a vaccination certificate for a school or for travel?

Yes. The certificate draws every dose, date and batch from the child’s record. The wording and layout follow the form the school or the travel office accepts.

What happens after I share my requirements?

An engineer reads what you send and replies within one business day. We then look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough. You get a short written summary ordered by priority, with no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. That first review settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
