The wedding count changed twice on WhatsApp, and Monday’s roses are still in the bucket.
A florist sells bouquets at the counter, takes wedding and event orders that change twice before the day, and delivers across the city in time slots. GullySystem sets up its florist management system around your arrangements, suppliers and delivery areas, so orders from every channel, stock by age and event balances sit in one place. It starts with a free technology audit.
Flowers are stock with a clock running on them. A bunch bought at the market on Monday is worth full price on Tuesday, half on Wednesday and nothing by Friday.
Our florist management system is built around that clock and around the delivery slot. The audit starts with how your orders and your morning purchase work today.
Orders come from the counter, from calls, from your website and from delivery platforms, each landing somewhere different. A bride’s mother sends a photo, changes the shade of pink, then adds forty garlands.
Stems are bought early at the flower market, and the day’s arrangements are made from whatever came in. Nobody writes down what was left unsold.
Deliveries go out with riders by area, and a customer asking whether the bouquet reached is answered by ringing the rider. Event orders carry an advance, a balance and items added on the day.
What goes wrong for florists and flower shops without a proper system.
The event order lives in a chat thread
The final count, the colours and an extra car decoration are agreed across three days of messages, and whoever makes the bill was not there.
Ageing stock is noticed too late
Nobody records which bucket came in on which morning, so stems that could have gone at a discount on day three are binned on day five.
Nobody can say if the bouquet reached
A birthday delivery is due by six, the rider is on the road, and the person on the phone can only promise to call back.
The event balance is chased for months
A hotel pays the advance, adds items on the day, and the outstanding sits in a notebook nobody adds up.
What we would build for florists and flower shops.
Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.
Orders from every channel
Counter, phone, website and platform orders on one list, each with its arrangement, card message and slot.
Flower stock by age
Stems and gift items tracked with their age, with ageing alerts and purchase orders to your supplier.
Delivery slots with proof
Deliveries given out by area and urgency, with riders updating status and uploading proof of delivery from a phone.
Event and subscription billing
GST invoices for a bouquet, a standing office subscription or a wedding order, with the advance and balance on the order.
Customers and their occasions
Past orders, preferences and the birthdays and anniversaries each customer buys for, with a reminder before the date.
Sales and wastage dashboard
Which arrangements sell, what went unsold, and how last Valentine’s week went before you buy for the next one.
Ready products that fit florists and flower shops.
Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

Can it handle a wedding order that keeps changing?
Yes. The order carries its items, the date, the advance and the balance, and anything added later goes on the same bill. The person billing sees what the person on the phone agreed.
Can our accountant keep working in Tally?
Yes. Sales and purchase entries export for him to post in Tally, and a direct link can be scoped at set-up. The GST invoices themselves are made in the florist system.
Do orders from delivery platforms come in automatically?
That depends on the platform. Platform orders sit on the same list as your own, entered by your staff where no link is allowed.
We sell loose flowers at a market stall. Is this for us?
No. A stall selling by the kilo manages on a notebook and UPI, and software would only slow the counter. This fits shops that deliver and take event orders.
What happens in the free technology audit?
We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.
How much will the software cost?
We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
