Retail and distribution · Software for furniture showrooms

The sofa was promised for Saturday, but the factory never got the fabric code.

Furniture showrooms sell display pieces, made-to-order sofas and beds, and office furniture for whole floors, with fabric choices, factory orders, delivery and fitting all tracked by phone. GullySystem’s furniture showroom management software, adapted to how your showroom runs, ties the quotation, the factory order, the delivery slot and the balance payment together. The free technology audit shows what to adapt and what to leave alone.

At a glance

Half of what you sell is not in the showroom. It is a promise: this sofa, in that fabric, in three weeks, carried up to the fourth floor.

We have a ready furniture showroom product and adapt it to your mix of display stock, made-to-order work and office projects.

How the work runs today

A couple walks the floor, sits on six sofas, and chooses a model with a different fabric and a longer seat. The salesperson writes the order with fabric code, size changes and colour on a form, takes an advance, and messages the factory or workshop. Office buyers come with a floor plan and ask for workstations, chairs and storage in one quotation.

Production and delivery are where it goes wrong. The factory confirms a date by phone, the fabric is out of stock, and the customer hears about it on delivery day.

Delivery teams carry pieces, assemble beds and wardrobes, and bring back a signed slip. Balance payments and damage complaints come after, often with photos on WhatsApp.

Where it breaks

What goes wrong for furniture showrooms without a proper system.

Custom orders reach the factory wrong

Fabric code, arm style and size changes are copied from the order form into a message, and one detail slips.

Delivery dates are promised blind

The salesperson doesn’t know the factory’s load, so the date is a hope.

Display pieces sell twice

The last display dining set is promised to two customers on the same weekend.

After-sales complaints get lost

A scratched leg or a wobbly bed frame is reported on WhatsApp and nobody closes it.

What the software does

What we would build for furniture showrooms.

Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.

Order form with customisation

Model, fabric or finish code, size changes and photos on one order, sent as-is to the factory.

Factory and vendor order tracking

Each custom item’s production status and expected date, visible to the salesperson.

Showroom and warehouse stock

Display, warehouse and reserved pieces, so a piece held for one customer cannot be sold again.

Delivery and assembly schedule

Trips planned by area, with the team’s signed delivery slip and photos attached.

Advance, balance and service tickets

Payments per order, and after-sales complaints logged and closed with a visit.

Ready products

Ready products that fit furniture showrooms.

Each one is adapted to how your business works before it goes live, and anything your trade needs that it lacks is added then. You are not paying to build the basics again.

How it works

How the work runs from Bengaluru for your city.

  1. 01

    The audit, by call

A screen-share and a look at the sheets, Tally reports and WhatsApp groups your team uses. No travel needed.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

Scope, what we build first and the cost, agreed in writing before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build in short rounds

Working screens shared every few weeks. Your team tests them from your own office.

  4. 04

Go-live, in person when it helps

For data migration and training we can come to your city. Travel is agreed in advance.

  5. 05

    Support online

Fixes, changes and hosting handled remotely by the same team that built it.

Common questions

Questions furniture showrooms ask before they call.

Does the furniture showroom software work with Tally?

Yes. Invoices, advances and receipts can be sent to Tally, so accounts and GST stay with your accountant.

Do we have to change how we work to fit the product?

No. We adapt the product to your order forms, factory process and delivery routine, and change only what the audit shows is causing trouble.

Is a ready product better than custom software here?

Usually yes, which is why we built one. Custom work makes sense only for unusual flows, such as your own factory with a production floor to plan.

Can it handle office furniture projects?

Yes. Project quotations with many line items, floor-wise delivery and installation sign-off are part of what we set up for office furniture dealers.

What happens in the free technology audit?

We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.

How much will the software cost?

We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
