Every June we measure two thousand children, and half the size lists are on paper.
Uniform suppliers work to school and company contracts, running size charts, measurement camps and stitching orders on Excel and job slips before the academic year or a new site opening. GullySystem builds a system that turns each contract’s size list into cutting and stitching orders, tracks sets class by class, and bills the school or company correctly. The free technology audit starts with last June’s size sheets.
Your season is short and your orders are huge. A school wants every child dressed on the first day, and a factory wants three hundred new staff in uniform on the joining date.
We build software that carries the size list from the measurement camp to the packed bundle, so nothing is counted twice.
A school or company awards a contract with approved designs, fabrics and rates. Your team holds a measurement camp, writing sizes on sheets class by class or department by department. Those sheets become an Excel of sizes, then fabric requirements, then cutting and stitching orders for your unit or job workers.
Stitched pieces come back in bundles and are sorted by class, size and item: shirts, skirts, pinafores, blazers, ties and belts. Some schools sell through your counter, where parents pay directly; others are billed in one invoice. Late joiners, size exchanges and embroidery of logos keep coming for weeks after the rush.
What goes wrong for uniform suppliers without a proper system.
Measurement sheets get lost or misread
One torn sheet from the camp means a whole section of 7B is missing from the order.
We don’t know how many sets are ready
Bundles come back from three job workers, and the count by size and item is done on the floor.
Parents want exchanges for weeks
Size swaps and extra pieces pile up, and stock by size becomes a guess.
Billing schools is slow
Contract rates, direct parent sales and advances are mixed together, and the final invoice takes days.
What we would build for uniform suppliers.
Named the way your team already talks about the work. We start with whichever part the audit shows is costing you most.
Contract and size chart
Designs, fabrics, items and rates per school or company, with its own size chart.
Measurement camp entry
Sizes captured on a tablet by class or department, checked against the student or staff list.
Cutting and stitching orders
Fabric requirement worked out from sizes, orders issued to your unit and job workers, pieces tracked back.
Bundle and set tracking
Ready sets by class, size and item, and what is still pending before delivery day.
Counter sales and exchanges
Parents buy and exchange at your shop, with stock by school and size kept correct.

Can school invoices be posted to Tally?
Yes. Contract invoices and counter sales go to Tally with the right GST, and each school’s account stays clear.
Can parents order online?
Yes. A school-specific order page, where parents pick sizes and pay by UPI, is one of the more useful add-ons, and it feeds the same stock.
Is this overkill if we supply only two schools?
Probably. A well-built spreadsheet may carry two schools; the audit will tell you if that is where you are.
Do you work with schools that already use a school ERP?
Yes. Most school software can export a class-wise student list, and we load it before the camp so sizes are entered against names. We also build a school and college management system ourselves, so we know how those lists are kept.
What happens in the free technology audit?
We look at the software, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups your business runs on today and write down what works, what slows your team down and what is missing. A demo login, a screen-share or a few screenshots are enough to start. You get a report ordered by priority, and there is no obligation to hire us afterwards.
How much will the software cost?
We don’t publish a price, because it depends on what the system has to do. The audit settles the scope, and the cost goes into a written proposal before any work starts.
